Ferndale Friends Newspaper

I am really thankful for the opportunity to work on the Design Team for the Ferndale Friends local newspaper. It's giving me more layout experience using yet another software program and I get to see how the other designers solve their pages- they are really good...so I hope it rubs off!

Here's a piece I did that included both of my current loves which was a huge perk! Photography AND Page Design. It's from the Anti-Freeze Blues Festival here in my hometown. I took all the photos but one. Thanks to Detroit Blues Society for letting me do this! Congrats again to Thornetta on her 2 nominations. YOU GO GURL!
