"X" at the Magic Bag

Covering this show was a joy! I felt a little guilty because it was so fun to cover these legendary rockers of which I rocked out to in my younger days and still do now. The songs still kick ass and the fans are as enthusiastic as ever. Opening for the show was Dead Rock West whom are also from California and have a great master of the Everly Brothers music portfolio. X came out and joined them for a Staples Singers cover prior to their set. Seeing everybody on stage was pretty cool! Here's a LINK to my Metro Times Slideshow for the night!
